Grant Owens
Co Founder/Project Engineer
Grant is an accomplished engineer with a diverse background in the machine tool industry and precision manufacturing. With a passion for innovation and a track record of successful projects, Grant has gained valuable experience working for renowned companies such as Zimmer Biomet and Renishaw. He has also embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, founding Mavrik Innovations to offer cutting-edge engineering solutions.
Grant's notable accomplishments, combined with his industry experience and entrepreneurial spirit, have earned him a reputation as a trusted engineer and problem solver.

Cody Biggs
Project Engineer Apprentice
Cody is a dynamic and eager project engineer apprentice who combines technical knowledge with a passion for innovation and problem solving.
Cody is currently studying a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering at The University of South Wales. He enjoys applying his theoretical learning both in the workplace and university to real life scenarios.
Cody enjoys weightlifting and taking his dog Leo out for long walks during his free time alongside continuously learning new and interesting skills.

Jonathan Miller
Co Founder/Project Engineer
After completing a multi-skilled apprenticeship in The Royal Mint, Jon has performed various maintenance and engineering roles within manufacturing organisations, ranging from Maintenance Supervisor/Team Leader to Project Engineer. As well as gaining valuable experience in a wide range of equipment and processes he has also had the opportunity to implement planned maintenance schedules, lead lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvement projects.
Jon has a keen interest in physics and has attained an Open University diploma in Astrophysics. He also enjoys live music and keeping fit.

Jacob Denville
Service Engineer Apprentice
Jacob is starting his journey into engineering with us. He is studying mechanical and electrical engineering at Bridgend College during his four year apprenticeship. On completion of his apprenticeship, Jacob will become a Mavrik Service Engineer.

John Cuddihy
Service Engineer
John is a multi-skilled engineer with over a decade of experience in the industry. He has worked with a variety of companies, including Fillcare, Jaguar Landrover, Kingspan, and Princes. Throughout his career, John has demonstrated his expertise in engineering, maintenance, and project management. He is passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex problems and is committed to delivering high-quality work. With a strong work ethic and a dedication to excellence.
John enjoys fishing and days out with his family on his days off.
He can be bribed with five chicken balls, fried rice, salt and pepper chilli chicken and curry sauce!

Ben Walch
Applications Engineer Apprentice
Ben is our newest addition to the team and is continuing his journey in engineering with us. He is studying electrical & electronic engineering at Bridgend College during his four year apprenticeship. He already has extensive PLC and software experience. Ben will expand the services that we can offer our customers.
